Jill's journey into home building started long before she founded Monarch Custom Homes. For 18 years, she worked in the high-end plumbing, appliance, and hardware industry, helping clients select the luxury details that transform a house into a home. Along the way, she developed not only an eye for design but also a deep appreciation for quality and craftsmanship.

After that, she spent more than three years designing and building alongside a professional builder, gaining hands-on experience in construction, project management, and residential design. That blend of knowledge—luxury finishes paired with practical building expertise—is what inspired the start of Monarch Custom Homes.

She lives in Aledo with her husband of over 13 years and their 11-year-old daughter. Family means everything to her, and it’s a big part of why she does what she does. She knows firsthand how important it is to have a home that’s comfortable, functional, and built to last. That perspective drives the way Monarch approaches every project.

At Monarch Custom Homes, the goal is straightforward: to combine craftsmanship, design, and personal attention to create homes where families can grow, thrive, and build lasting memories for generations.

Mac was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, and attended Stephen F. Austin State University before enlisting in the U.S. Army in response to the events of 2001. After 14 years of honorable service, he returned to Texas and began working with a prominent home builder in the DFW metroplex. After exploring all areas of the construction industry and learning the latest and most innovative building techniques, he decided to start his own custom home building business. 

Today, Mac lives in Fort Worth with his wife and son. He combines his construction expertise with a mission-driven purpose: to design and build spaces that have a lasting impact in people’s lives.
